30 Blocks in 30 Days Blog Hop with Creatin' In The Sticks



Welcome to my day and the block featured is Broken Cinder Block!  Thanks to Carla at Creatin' in the Sticks for letting me play along :)  You can find the pattern for today's block here: https://createinthesticks.blogspot.com/


I chose to make a baby quilt using this pattern with a layer cake and a bit of background yardage...


 Sorry it isn't a great picture the wind was horrible and the sun was hiding when I was trying to take this!!


I almost like the back as much as the front...I used all the extra 10 inch squares from the layer cake to make a pretty and scrappy backing.
