so it is no surprise that I would feel compelled to make a quilt when I learned that Robert Kaufman had released a Green Eggs and Ham quilt fabric line...

Oh yes, And I would eat them in a boat, and I would eat them with a goat...
Mom tells the story that I read this entire book cover to cover to my Kindergarten class as my first read...as many times as it was read to me, I think there is a good chance I had it memorized! No wonder I love orange so much!!
I purchased my fabric at the Fat Quarter Shop as well as some great backing fabric that was on sale...more to come...I will post this finish soon, I hope. I plan on this being a quilt for me :) It should be a nice lap size to read underneath!!

My grandson, Jacob, would really like that quilt. I made him one using the book pages from the Night Before Christmas panel. He likes it because he can "read" before he goes to sleep. My favorite is Dr. Seuss's ABC's. GE and H is a close second.
SMILE that is going to be a perfect quilt for you to snuggle under and read with.
Love Leanne
Very cute! I need someone to come out with some boxcar children fabric and then I'd be set. Actually, I should probably look around for it, I bet it exists! :)
I too like green eggs and ham. Great book. Great looking quilt.
I love it! I need to get busy making my quilt...which is all your fault, you know! LOL
