Virtual Cookie Exchange and Giveaway
So when my friend Carol announced she
was going to host this blog hop again, I had to play along! I have been enjoying everyone's fun creations this year! Thanks for a
fun idea and for hosting Carol!!!
Welcome to my day for sharing a cookie!
Oatmeal-Cherry Chocolate Chippers
1 2/3 cup flour
2 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup dried tart cherries
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Combine flour, oats, and baking soda and whisk together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Gradually add the vanilla and eggs. With mixer on low speed, gradually add the flour mixture above. Add dried cherries and chocolate chips last.
Bake for 9-11 minutes in 350 degree oven.
