A few of these pictures were taken on my walk this morning, and a few were taken throughout the last month...
Blooming is starting in our small orchard...hope these delicate flowers will be ok tomorrow in the snow forecasted!
My sweet mom-in-law gave me these little grape hyacinths a few years ago...they are looking a bit bedraggled due to the nasty weather we have been having but they are a nice burst of color to remind us Spring is coming!
The rhubarb is coming along nicely...I see a pie in our future :)
And here are my lions and tigers and
This guy is Mufasa.
They do have bears but my son's favorites are the wolves.
Such a beautiful animal!
Thanks for wandering along with me today and make sure to wander with all the others linking up at:

Fun photos - love the one of the lion and the tiger.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! Those animals were people's pets? Crazy!
ReplyDeleteBautiful photos! Wow that lion is gorgeus! x Teje
ReplyDeleteSpring is trying so hard to get sprung. I hope your flowers make it through Kris. We have much snow and ice here too. The photos are lovely!
ReplyDeleteMy goodness people think they can tame anything. I'm glad the refuge saved the "pets".
Great job on your photos. I love that tiger one - such great detail.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delight to see a picture of the delicate grape hyacinths; they are a favourite of mine.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures.
Enjoy the weekend...
What great photos of the flowers! Love the apple blossoms. I was worried for our early buds too, but they keep getting a little greener even with the recent snowfalls we've had.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots of the animals. I've seen a wild wolf once when camping, and they are gorgeous animals.

I am so grateful for these sanctuaries, at least they have a happy life now. They are beautiful. Love the photos, Kris! The grape hyacinths are so pretty! Hang in there, Spring is coming :)

Lovely little peeps of spring on its way - I especially like the apple blossom shot (and hope the blossom survives the weather). A tiger as a pet? Some people must be plain bonkers.
ReplyDeleteWow your pictures are gorgeous. Amazing how much further your trees are than mine.
ReplyDeleteYou have a lovely selection of March pictures. I hope your blossom survives the snow. It's colder here now than it was in December!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteI hope your early spring blooms have all weathered the snow well.
Those are great photos . The Lion Surprised me - Ithought there would be more flower and garden shots - and Bam- there he was! Cool!
